BROSAVO provides technology consulting, software development, AI solutions, and related professional services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual service agreements or statements of work.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, intellectual property created specifically for a client under a signed agreement shall be transferred to the client upon full payment. BROSAVO retains rights to pre-existing tools, frameworks, and general know-how.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of BROSAVO Technologies and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during engagements. This obligation survives termination of any service agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BROSAVO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vancouver, Ontario.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
